By accessing or using Vezra ("Vezra", "we", "us", or "our") at https://vezra.io, including any associated mobile applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Vezra is an AI-powered productivity platform that allows users to connect third-party services (including but not limited to Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, and others), create and deploy AI agents, automate workflows, and interact with connected data via a conversational interface.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts and services via OAuth or API key. By connecting a third-party service, you authorise Vezra to access and interact with that service on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant. Vezra does not store your third-party credentials beyond what is necessary to maintain your authorised connection. Your use of third-party services is also governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies.
The Service incorporates generative AI functionality, including large language models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it. Vezra does not use your personal data or connected service data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Certain features of the Service require the purchase of credits or a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vezra and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEZRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEZRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
