Cookie Policy

Last updated 27 March 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies Vezra uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and — with your permission — measure how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, which serve the same purposes.

2. Your choices

When you first visit Vezra we ask for your consent. You can:

  • Accept all — we enable essential, analytics, session replay, and marketing cookies.
  • Reject all — only essential cookies are set. No analytics or session replay runs.
  • Customise — turn individual categories on or off.

You can change your preferences at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data, or by clearing the vezra_consent_v1 entry in localStorage to re-trigger the banner. You can also disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Service may then stop working.

4. Analytics provider

Our product analytics and session replay are provided by PostHog, hosted in the EU (eu.i.posthog.com). We use PostHog's masking features so that text inputs, passwords, and elements tagged with data-private are never captured in session replays. Analytics data is retained for 12 months and session replays for 30 days.

5. Do Not Track

Because the "Do Not Track" signal is inconsistently implemented across browsers, we rely on the explicit consent banner above rather than the DNT header. Your banner choice always wins.
